Once in a while

I really wish I had more to share but I've been sitting here and staring at this blank-blog-screen for awhile now, contemplating what to write about. And I've come up empty. But there will be days like this. More often than not, while I'm still waiting and searching and hoping for opportunity and prepartion to meet, there are quiet days. And most of these days I try to be productive, whether it is with class or writing or painting - being creative in some way - or it's with meeting casting directors and networking and following up with people I've met - the business side of things. But right now...I just feel like taking a break. Not worrying about scrambling and trying to make something happen. But an actual break where I try not to think too much about the goals I'm striving to meet and instead I just take a hike, do some errands, relax with a glass of wine and some good conversation. It's good to have that every once in a while. Today is my once in a while.
