New episode and a birthday

Did you watch GIRL PARTS yesterday??  Sorry I wasn't here to remind you but our 4th episode debuted yesterday at 2:00 PST, 5:00 EST!  It was the first episode that I hadn't seen yet and from here on out, that's how they'll be.  We premiered our first three episodes at ITV Fest but that was all I got to see before everyone else.  It's actually really exciting to be watching for the first time as everyone else does too.  Don't forget to watch on Blip.tv!

We're starting to get reviewed by some well-known webseries peeps and we're kind of thrilled with the reactions we're getting.  People like us!  One of my favorite compliments we're getting is that the episodes are too short.  This week in particular people are saying that and this episode was the longest since our pilot.  That to me means two things:  1. They can't get enough and want more and 2. Our editor has done a really great job making the episodes move quickly.  Because, trust me, I've seen webisodes that are 5 minutes long that seem to just draaaagggg.  So it means a lot when people say they are too short and they want more!

Getting work done yesterday on my script and also had a production meeting to fine-tune the script for the new webseries I'm developing with friends.  It's going to be another fun one and we are going into pre-production next month.  Today I have an audition and more writing to do.  The fun never stops!

And on a personal note, today is my dad's birthday.  My dad has always been my biggest cheerleader when it comes to following my dream and I could site countless examples of how his enthusiasm and encouragement has kept me going when the road has gotten bumpy along the way.  I love him so much and am so thankful to be his daughter.  Happy birthday, Dad!!
